Discover History and Culture of the Hunterdon County Palatines

Four day event planned for the tri-centennial celebration of the Palantine settlements that started in 1713 Hunterdon County, Colonial New Jersey. Four communities will discover the history and culture of the Germans who settled there between 1713 and 1775.

Events will include:

• Historic site visits
• Special museum exhibits
• Lectures
• Living Pre-Colonial History Events demonstrating ordinary people of German descent, all who left their mark 300 year prior: homesteads, farms, villages, churches, settlers, revolutionaries, farmers, soldiers, religious leaders.
